2024 -
B.S. in Data Science at Arizona State University, remotely. (ASU
provides equivalent degrees to fully remote students.) I expect to graduate by February 2026.
2023 -
I'm currently working part-time and remotely in Data Engineering at
Valuebase, a startup that provides property valuation services to governments across North America.
I've developed a system that generates muni-wide datasets with parcel-level zoning regulations. It transforms unstructured zoning codes into zone-level regulations using a method called "
generative regulatory measurement," and then uses zone and parcel boundaries (from muni-shared shapefiles) to produce parcel-level mappings.
I've also made small contributions in other areas, including our property tax assessor chatbot (
ValPal) and the company website.
I plan to return full-time in Summer 2025 to work on something interesting!
2020 - 2022
B.S. in Electrical Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I couldn't complete my degree for a variety of reasons, which I'll share in a
blog post soon.
